tantrum vintage — Brick-and-Mortar Store Build-Out

I conceptualized, designed, and built Tantrum Vintage, a fully self-funded 600 sq. ft. boutique in Portland, Oregon. I led everything from scouting the location and negotiating the commercial lease to creating the interior layout, visual design, merchandising standards, fixtures, and brand identity. The store reached $339K in its first year and became a community retail destination with a distinctive, trend-driven aesthetic.
